隱私權政策 Privacy Policy 

本網站與應用程式(以下統稱「本服務」)由滋滋滋滋股份有限公司(ZZAZZ COMPANY) 經營與維護(以下簡稱「本公司」)。本政策說明我們如何依據中華民國《個人資料保護法》(Personal Data Protection Act, Taiwan)蒐集、使用與保護您的個人資料。

在您開始使用本服務前,請詳細閱讀本政策。當您註冊、登入或開始使用本服務時,即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本政策之所有條款。若您不同意本政策之任何條款,請您立即停止使用本服務。

本政策說明我們如何依據中華民國《個人資料保護法》(下稱「個資法」)及相關法令,蒐集、處理、利用與保護您的個人資料。

我們僅在您自願提供的情況下蒐集個人資料,例如註冊帳號、參與任務、填寫表單或聯絡客服時。

您可自由選擇是否提供相關個人資料,但若您拒絕提供,可能導致無法使用本服務之全部或一部功能。

二、資料使用目的 / Use of Information

您的個人資料將用於以下用途:

  1. 提供與管理您於本平台的帳號與任務服務。

  2. 核發報酬與執行支付流程。

  3. 用於稅務申報及相關法遵目的。

  4. 在您明確同意的情況下,發送本公司或合作夥伴之通知、更新、行銷或推廣活動。

  5. 改善本服務之內容與功能。

這些第三方服務並不在我們的控制範圍之內,且不受本隱私權政策所涵蓋。對於此類第三方服務的隱私政策或內容,我們不承擔任何責任,包括但不限於本服務上可能存在的社交媒體平台及其插件。如果您對這些第三方如何蒐集、利用和分享您的資料有疑問,建議您應查看其各自的隱私全政策或直接與該第三方聯繫。

 

除非為履行服務目的(如上述金流處理)、取得您的明確同意,或符合法律要求,我們不會出售、出租或與無關第三方分享您的個人資料。

為提升使用體驗與服務品質,本公司可能使用自動化系統或人工智慧技術(例如機器學習模型),分析經匿名化或去識別化處理的資料,以提供個人化建議、內容推薦、或服務優化。

依據個資法第三條,您就本公司保有您的個人資料,得行使以下權利:(1) 查詢或請求閱覽;(2) 請求製給複製本;(3) 請求補充或更正;(4) 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用;(5) 請求刪除。您可隨時登入帳號,透過帳戶設定功能自行查閱、更新或補充您的個人資料。

若您欲行使上述 (2)、(4)、(5) 之權利(例如請求刪除帳號),請透過第十二條之聯絡方式與我們聯繫。本公司於處理您的請求時,為確認您的身分,可能要求您提供相關身分證明文件。本公司將依法於法定期間內處理您的請求,並在法律允許的範圍內,就您請求複製本(權利 (2))酌收必要之成本費用。

十、未成年人隱私 / Children’s Privacy

本服務主要對象為成年人。依據中華民國法令,若您為未滿十八歲之未成年人,應於您的法定代理人(或監護人)閱讀、瞭解並同意本政策之所有內容後,方得註冊或使用本服務。

當您註冊或繼續使用本服務時,即推定您的法定代理人(或監護人)已閱讀、瞭解並同意本政策。若我們發現本公司在未經法定代理人事前同意的情況下,蒐集了未成年人之個人資料,我們將採取合理步驟儘速刪除該資料。若您為法定代理人並希望行使未成年用戶的相關權利,請透過第十三條之聯絡方式與我們聯繫。

十一、資料之跨境傳輸 / Cross-Border Data Transfer

您瞭解並同意,為提供本服務及履行合約,您的個人資料可能傳輸至中華民國境外之第三方服務供應商(例如 Google, Meta)或本公司使用之雲端服務伺服器(例如 Firebase, AWS, GCP)。此類傳輸可能發生在您所在國家/地區以外,其資料保護標準可能不同。本公司將確保此類傳輸符合中華民國個資法第 21 條之要求(例如基於您的明確同意或為履行合約所必要),並採取合理措施保護您的資料安全。我們將確保跨境資料傳輸遵循當地法律與國際標準(例如 GDPR 適用之資料保護原則),以維持一致的安全水準。。

This Website and Application (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Service") are operated and maintained by ZZAZZ COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Please read this Policy carefully before you start using the Service. By registering, logging in, or beginning to use the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to any terms of this Policy, please stop using the Service immediately.

This Policy explains how we collect, process, utilize, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA") and relevant regulations.

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it, such as when registering an account, participating in missions, filling out forms, or contacting customer service. You are free to choose whether to provide relevant personal data; however, if you refuse to provide it, you may be unable to use all or part of the functions of the Service.

    • Social media account (e.g., used for Apple/Google/Meta Login)

  2. Remuneration Settlement and Tax Reporting (Specific Purpose Use)

    • Bank or payment information (Used only for remuneration settlement)

    • National identification number (Used only for tax reporting)

    • Address (Used only for tax reporting and mailing withholding statements)

  3. Service Optimization and Analysis

    • Device and usage data (To improve service experience)

II. Use of Information

Your personal data will be used for the following specific purposes:

  • Providing and managing your account and mission services on this platform.

  • Issuing remuneration and executing payment processes.

  • Tax reporting and related legal compliance purposes.

  • Sending notifications, updates, marketing, or promotional activities from the Company or partners, subject to your explicit consent.

  • Improving the content and functionality of the Service (e.g., through anonymous data analysis).

  • Disclosure when required by law or competent authorities.

 

III. Third-Party Services and Disclosure

The Company may use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Apple Sign In, Meta SDK) to assist in analyzing usage behavior and providing login functions. Certain operations (e.g., paying remuneration) may also require providing your data (such as name, bank account) to necessary payment service providers. We only work with service providers that meet data protection requirements and sign Data Processing Agreements (DPA) or confidentiality agreements to ensure data security.

These third-party services are not within our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We assume no responsibility for the privacy policies or content of such third-party services, including but not limited to social media platforms and their plugins that may exist on the Service. If you have questions about how these third parties collect, use, and share your data, we suggest you review their respective privacy policies or contact the third party directly.

Unless for the purpose of fulfilling services (such as the aforementioned payment processing), obtaining your explicit consent, or complying with legal requirements, we will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

 

IV. Data Storage and Security

The Company will take reasonable technical and managerial measures to prevent data from unauthorized access, theft, or leakage. However, internet transmission or electronic storage is not 100% secure; the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of any data transmission or storage.

 

V. Data Retention Period

The Company retains your personal data only during the period of operation and within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in Article II. When you delete your account, request data deletion, or when the retention period expires, we will delete your data or process it for anonymization/de-identification in accordance with the Company's internal policies and relevant laws.

However, we may retain your data for a specific period under the following circumstances: (1) To comply with legal or accounting obligations (e.g., tax laws require retaining transaction vouchers for 5 to 7 years); (2) As necessary to enforce the Terms of Service or resolve disputes.

 

VI. Data Breach Notification

If the Company becomes aware that your personal data has been stolen, leaked, tampered with, or otherwise infringed upon, causing damage, the Company will, after investigation and in accordance with Article 12 of the PDPA, notify you of the incident and the responsive measures taken by the Company via appropriate means (e.g., email, App push notification, or website announcement).

 

VII. AI and Automated Data Processing

To enhance user experience and service quality, the Company may use automated systems or Artificial Intelligence technologies (e.g., machine learning models) to analyze anonymized or de-identified data to provide personalized suggestions, content recommendations, or service optimization.

Such technologies will not directly determine or affect your legal rights, nor will they make judgments with legal effects or significant impact on you via automated means. We only perform such data processing in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and under the security measures stated in this Policy.

VIII. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This Website and App use Cookies to:

  • Maintain login status and security verification.

  • Record preference settings and improve operational experience.

  • Anonymously analyze website usage behavior.

Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, but some functions may not operate normally as a result.

 

IX. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA, regarding your personal data held by the Company, you may exercise the following rights: (1) Inquiry or request to review; (2) Request to make a copy; (3) Request to supplement or correct; (4) Request to stop collection, processing, or utilization; (5) Request deletion.

 

You can log in to your account at any time and use the account settings function to view, update, or supplement your personal data yourself. If you wish to exercise the rights mentioned in (2), (4), or (5) above (e.g., requesting account deletion), please contact us via the contact method in Article XIII. When processing your request, the Company may ask you to provide relevant identification documents to verify your identity. The Company will process your request within the statutory period in accordance with the law and, to the extent permitted by law, may charge necessary costs for your request for copies (Right (2)).

 

X. Children’s Privacy

The primary audience for this Service is adults. According to the laws of the Republic of China, if you are a minor under the age of eighteen, you should only register or use this Service after your legal representative (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Policy.

When you register or continue to use this Service, it is presumed that your legal representative (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. If we discover that the Company has collected personal data of a minor without the prior consent of the legal representative, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data as soon as possible. If you are a legal representative and wish to exercise relevant rights for a minor user, please contact us via the contact method in Article XIII.

 

XI. Cross-Border Data Transfer

You understand and agree that to provide the Service and fulfill the contract, your personal data may be transferred to third-party service providers outside the Republic of China (e.g., Google, Meta) or cloud service servers used by the Company (e.g., Firebase, AWS, GCP).

Such transfers may occur outside your country/region, where data protection standards may differ. The Company will ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of Article 21 of the PDPA (e.g., based on your explicit consent or necessary for contract fulfillment) and take reasonable measures to protect your data security. We will ensure that cross-border data transfers follow local laws and international standards (e.g., data protection principles applicable to GDPR) to maintain a consistent level of security.

 

XII. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and this Policy takes effect from the date of publication.

Updated versions of this Policy will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication. If there are material changes to this Policy (e.g., major matters affecting your rights), we will actively notify you via appropriate means such as the email you provided, App push notifications, or website announcements. If you continue to use the Service after the modification of this Policy becomes effective, you will be deemed to have agreed to such modifications.
